Abstrak
This research is aimed at developing an international health welfare program, which is based on the International Health and Welfare Council (ISHI) For the purpose of improving the quality of nutrition education on anemia that was implemented by students studying for newborn girls in the Republic of Indonesia / Paris A High School as a part of training at Program 1 (Bali), the anemia tendency of the subject group In order to extract the factors related to the presence or absence of the hemoglobin, we measured height, weight and questionnaire as well as measurement of hemoglobin estimated concentration. As a result of conducting a questionnaire survey using questionnaires on factors that are considered to be related to presumed concentrations of hemoglobin by estimating the degree of obesity from the height and weight measurement results of subjects and estimating hemoglobin concentration by the noninvasive method, Anemia tendency (estimated hemoglobin concentration is less than 12 g / dl) is present in about 45% (n = 35), the degree of obesity by BMI is about 66% of the total, "thin" is about 23%, "obesity" It was about 10%. In the presence or absence of anemia trend by degree of obesity, there was a tendency of anemia in "lean" by 55.6% (n = 10), "obesity" by 75% (n - 6), but statistics on the degree of obesity and the presence or absence of anemia There was no academic association. As a result of the questionnaire survey, the estimated concentration of hemoglobin was significantly lower in the group that answered "Yes" to "eat breakfast everyday", but the question on other dietary habits is related to the presence or absence of anemia tendency I could not see it. Key words: nutrition education, non-invasive hemoglobin estimated concentration measurement, Indonesia ยท Bali, obesity degree 1
