Folklore is part of Balinese life. Although existence of folklore in Bali has fluctuale, but effort of Balinese society and government to preserve one of the form culture of this area continue to be conducted. Aim is folklore will not disappear because globalization current with strength of capitalism so the young Balinese generation will not foreign with its own culture. Effort Bali society and government to preserve life of folklore in Bali, for example by establishing competitions of "Mesatue Bali", either the Bali arts festivals (PKB) on other activities and publicize into the books. In festival activities various staging and also competitions about folklore, happened by transformating of folklore into the performance arts. If this transformation see perspective of education, specially to the next generation at least contain four matter that is education in the field of: love and continuation, creativity, understanding of performance art, and all important to educate character. Through performance art, the next generation can deepen, comprehending, and playing the part of character each; every figure exist in folklore figure goodness which is unrighteous either or. Thereby, the next generation expected by figure byword can be good conversely.
