PELAKSANAAN BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL KETENAGAKERJAAN TERHADAP PEKERJA PADA BALI SAFARI AND MARINE PARK

The workers have important roles in national development with the increasing of challenges and the risks being encountered, so it needs a protection as a basis to fulfill the minimum requirement for workers. Sometimes companies do not provide social security employment as protection against workers. The purpose of this research is to know the protection given the company to workers. Research method being used is empirical legal research method which can be observed in real world. Worker protection related to implementation by Employment Social Security Organizer Agency at Bali Safari and Marine Park in accordance with the Law Number. 24 year 2011 regarding Social Security Organizer Agency, is still not appropriate because only permanent and contract workers who are being registered meanwhile in particular daily workers are not included in the program of Employment Social Security Organizer Agency, due to working period which only lasted 1-3 month and also is not necessarily to be continued since there are permanent and contract workers in the field.
