PELAKSANAAN WAKTU PENGOPRASIAN TRAYEK PENGUMPAN PENDUKUNG TRANS SARBAGITA DI KABUPATEN BADUNG BERDASARKAN PERATURAN BUPATI BADUNG NOMOR 56 TAHUN 2011

Transport or transportation is a very important field of activity in public life today. The importance of transport for the people caused by multiple factors meliputikeadaan geography, waters, seas, rivers and lakes that allows transport is made by land, water and air to reach all areas of Indonesia to conduct. Issues regarding the time is a problem in the field of freight in this metropolitan city. To support the operator of the Big Bus Trans Sarbagita in Badung operated well with the public transport operator of Feeder Route Trans Sarbagita. This study aims to determine how the execution time pengoprasian Feeder Route Transport Sarbagita in Badung case of late by decree and to determine how the efforts of the Department of Transportation Badung to achieve Quality of Service. This research is an empirical law that approach issues that are or methodical juridical-empirical issues raised related to the legislation applicable to the reality on the activities of the public transport operator of Feeder Route Trans Sarbagita. From these results it can be concluded; that the implementation of the operating time of the transportation Feeder Route Sarbagita not in accordance with the regulations Badung Regent Number 56 of 2011 concerning the Minimum Service Standards as well as the efforts of the Department of Transportation Badung district in achieving the quality of service by providing a mechanism for reporting and administrative sanctions
