The background of this scientific writing is the widespread circulation of drinking water in the packaging of kangen water products without marketing authorization in the city of Denpasar, so that the role of the drug and food regulatory agency is needed in carrying out repression.This paper aims to determine the role of the drug and food supervisory agency on the distribution of drinking water packaging of kangen water products without marketing authorization in the city of Denpasar, and to know what obstacles faced by the drug and food supervisory bodies in dealing with the circulation of drinking water in kangen water products in the city of Denpasar.The method used is empirical research methods. The role of the drug and food regulatory body is to conduct an inventory, laboratory testing/ verification of marking, sealing, and destruction. Constrains faced by food dam drug control agency in craking drinking water in packaging kangen water products have internal and external. Internal constrains there are limitations to the staff of the insperction and investigation staff of the drug and food supervisory bodies, this effecting the lack of maximum enforcement. External constrains of low knowledge and week public awaress in choosing food without regard to security aspects, namely distribution permits and the number of business people who have never felt deterrent by still secretly selling kangen water products
