IMPELEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN BANGLI NOMOR 17 TAHUN 2016 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN GEOLOGI KAWASAN GEOPARK BATUR

ABSTRACT Geopark is a pattern of sustainable development of the region that combines harmoniously the diversty, that is ; geodiversity, biodiversity, dan culutural diversity. According to Arcticle 2 Subsection (1) of Regional Regulation of Bangli Regency Number 17 of 2016 The purpose of this regulation is to protect the geological, biodoversity, and cultural heritage of geopark batur. The facts that exist in the field there is still mine sandbags and geological rock taking in geology geopark batur area done by local society. Based on the protection of the geological geology area of batur into the problems foemulated in thus paper are : how the implementation of Regional Regulation Bangli Number 17 of 2016on Geological Protection Geopark Batur Area, and what obstacles in implementation Regonal Regulation Bangli Regency Number 17 of 2016 on Geological Protection Geopark Batur Area. The research method used in the writing of this thesis is law empirical research method. This research is conducted by examining the related data sources, date law primary and date law secondary. The type of approach used is the factual and approach to the law. The result of the research explain that the cause of the ineffectiveness of regional Regulation of Bangli Regency Number 17 of 2016, due to serveral things : the protected area in the geopark batur and what is protected in geopark batur area, the absence of firmness in law enforcement done by apparatus law enforcers, lack of society sosilization and knowledge related to geoparks, there are still a lot of people who have been mining sand and taking geocytes for the benefit of the economy before the establishment of the area as geological geology area batur by UNESCO and Regency Geverment of Bangli Regency. Efforts that can and have been done in protecting geological geology geological area is to socialize to the public about the importance of geopark and the consequnces of natural damage caused by sand mining activities.
