Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Hak-hak Security Outsourcing Menurut Putusan MK.NO.27-PUUXI- 2011 ( Studi Kasus di PT Mandala Security )

In this scientific paper, In this thesis the title of Legal Protection Against Security Outsourcing Rights According to the Constitutional Court Decision No. 27 / PUU-XI / 2011(case studi at : PT. Mandala Security). The problems studied are; 1). What is the form of legal protection for the rights of security outsourcing at PT. Mandala Security. 2). What is the impact of the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 27 / PUU-IX / 2011 on the rights of security outsourcing workers at PT. Mandala Security This study belongs to the category of Empirical Law research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through the procedure of identification and identification and classification according to research problem. The process of analysis in this study using qualitative analysis methods. The results showed; 1). Legal protection for outsourced workers at PT. Mandala Security is not only limited to the provision of wages, but the protection of workers' rights such as the participation of workers in the BPJS program, the protection of occupational safety and health. 2). From the cases of irregularities in the rights of outsourcing workers that occurred in PT. Mandala Security, the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 27 / PUU-XI / 2011 serves to strengthen the position of Outsourcing workers in a company to obtain all rights in accordance with applicable regulations
