Abstrak

There are several things that caused the termination of employment (FLE ) in PT. Tricon Bangun Sarana in North Jakarta which resulted in the workers lost their jobs without getting severance or compensation as a result of the termination of employment. Almost all of the workers who underwent termination of employment is casual workers / laborers who often make the mistake of either error or fault light weight . In the process, termination of employment that occurred at PT. Tricon Bangun Sarana done unilaterally, namely by the company. Workers were not able to follow up in any form as casual workers do not understand or do not have a good knowledge relating to the termination of their employment experience. This paper will explain whether the implementation of the termination of employment conducted by PT. Tricon Bangun Sarana in accordance with the provisions of Law number 13 of 2003 on Labour and any efforts to be made by the workers against the termination of employment
