Abstrak
This scientific work is titled “Implementation of BPJS program pension guarantee againts contract workers in PDAM company Tabanan regency”. This type of research is empirical legal research method that can be observed in real life, this study is based on primary life obtained from the community as the main source. This file obtained through field research based on observations and interviews at PDAM company Tabanan regency and supported by secondary file related to issues discussed and collected with qualitative file analysis. The conclusion of this research is protection of the rights of contractual workers granted by the company in the case of pension guarantee for the welfare of workers in accordance with the economic protection of workers by Zaeni Azyhadie. Furthermore in welfare of workers one of them pension insurance againts contract workers there in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower.
