Mengangkat permasalahan mengenai Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap hasil karya cipta ogoh-ogoh berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 28 tahun 2014 tentang hak cipta dan Bagaimana upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap hasil karya cipta ogoh-ogoh. Digunakannya metode penelitian normatif.
