IMPLEMENTASI KLAIM POLIS ASURANSI DI BIDANG PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PADA PT PRUDENTIAL DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRACT This paper is motivated by insurance law issues related to health insurance claim at PT Prudential In Denpasar City. The problem raised in this paper is about how the implementation of health insurance claims on PT Prudential in Denpasar City. This paper uses legal research methods that are juridical empirical. Legal research that is juridical empirical is an attempt to approach the problem that has been studied with the nature of the real law. The collection of materials in this paper is obtained through the collection of primary legal materials, secondary law and tertiary legal materials. The collection of legal materials in this paper using interview techniques and literature techniques.the implementation of health insurance claims in PT Prudential with the insured has not been fully implemented. Evidently, there are still many insured who accept failed claims, as well as many claims requirements that are less and not in accordance with the procedure. This proves the existence of the terms in the agreement contained in health insurance policies that have not been done.
