PERAN ORGANISASI SERIKAT PEKERJA BURUH DALAM PEMBANGUNAN PEREKONOMIAN INDONESIA

ABSTRACT National Development is one of the practices of Pancasila and the implementation of the Law. The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 which aims to increase the dignity of dignity, human capacity, and self-confidence to create a just and prosperous society especially the position and important role of labor in economic development as the backbone of the Indonesian economy. To guarantee the position requires a container to be strong. The container is the existence of a trade / labor union which aims to balance the position of workers and employers. Through the representation of workers in the workers' / laborers' union, it is hoped that workers' aspirations can reach the employer. The research method used is normatif legal research. Normatif legal research is a legal research that examines law from an internal perspective with the object of research namely legal norms. The conclusion of this study is the role of trade union organizations in the development of the Indonesian economy that has not been regulated in the Act.
