PELAKSANAAN OVER CONTRACT RUMAH SEWAAN DI KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract Housing needs, especially homes in the Denpasar Regency is increasing. But lately some people who originally wanted to find a rented house to stay instead used for a business. The person who rented the rented house is then leased back to someone else. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out how the implementation of rental leased back home in Denpasar and to find out what are the factors that cause rental leased back home in the city of Denpasar. The method used in the writing of scientific papers is the juridical empirical method is a method that is done by observation or doing research directly to descend the field to get an accurate facts and truths. As to how people rent out their rented house is they rent a house from a rented house owner for a long time and then lease the rented house back to someone else. The effect of the law is generally not allowed if the person renting the house rents out the house, but may be allowed if it is approved by the owner, and returns to the contents of the lease agreement made by the parties.
