TANGGUNG JAWAB PERUSAHAAN ANGKUTAN TERHADAP KERUSAKAN BARANG YANG DIANGKUT DALAM TRANSPORTASI LAUT

This journal titled "Corporate Responsibility Against Transport Damage to goods transported in Maritime Transport", the responsibility of the carrier is the obligation of the shipping companies to replace the losses suffered by the passengers and/or shippers as well as third parties.
