Abstrak

ABSTRACT Along with the progress of various aspects of where to buy goods for daily needs is also growing, traditional markets that were once highly sought after have now begun to be abandoned and turned to modern markets, better known as supermarkets. But behind these advantages, supermarkets also have some disadvantages, including there are employees who provide unsatisfactory services and the difference in prices that are listed on the label with the price to be paid at the airport. Writing this journal aims to find out the responsibility of the business actor to consumers who are harmed due to differences in the price of goods on the label and cashier prices and the factors that cause differences in the price of goods on the label and the cashier price. The method used in this study is a normative research method with a legislative approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that business actors have full responsibility for losses incurred by consumers due to differences in the price of goods at label prices and cashier prices even though this is caused by several factors, but business people here are responsible for these losses.
