PENGAWASAN DPRD PROVINSI BALI TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN DAERAH PROVINSI BALI NOMOR 16 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG RENCANA TATA RUANG WILAYAH PROVINSI BALI

ABSTRACT The Government, including the local government cannot be separated from the supervision. Monitoring and Auditing functions to Local Government will be done by regional house of representatives in relation to that there may be no one autonomy system who breaks the monitoring. It is therefore of the Provincial associated with the Supervision Bali to Bali Province Regional Regulation Number 16 Year 2009 about the plan Regional Exterior Bali Province, where those gaps that there are still that happened in applying Bylaws in field. Based on this matter, in this research examines how supervising the implementation writer Bali Province Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2009, will be done by provincial parliament of Bali. From this research can be concluded that monitoring mechanisms of the Provincial Bali to carrying out bylaws is really a lack of evidence that raw materials related to a written inspection mechanism of the Provincial Bali for the execution Bylaws and the obstacles of the Provincial Bali in carrying out monitoring mechanisms for the execution application of the Regional Regulation No. 16 The year 2009 about the plan Space Arrangement the area of the Province Bali is in terms of law, in both law enforcement officers and the sense the community.
