PELAKSANAAN PENYELESAIAN PELANGGARAN KODE ETIK NOTARIS TENTANG PEMASANGAN PAPAN NAMA NOTARIS DI KOTA DENPASAR

ABSTRACT The t i t le of thi s research i s "Implementat ion of the Set t lement of Notary Ethical Code Violat ion concerning Notary Name Board Instal lat ion in Denpasar". The problems formulated are: 1 How i s the implementat ion of the provi sions of Art icle 83 of Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning amendment s to the Law No. 30 of 2004 concerning the Notary Posi t ion and Ethics Code of Ext raordinary Congress in connect ion wi th the instal lat ion of Notary Name Board i n Denpasar? 2. What i s the responsibi l i ty of the Notary wi th the ethical code violat ions of Notary name board? The above problems were studied and analyzed wi th legal theories such as the ef fect iveness of legal theory, the theory of legal responsibi l i ty wi th empi rical legal research method. From research conducted some problems were f ound concerning the violat ion of the si ze of the instal led Notary name board, i t i s cont rary to what i s stated in the rules of the Ethical Code.
