every country has the econimic, social and cultural privileges as agreed upon by the internasional community in 1966 in a covenat of " internasional covenan of economi, special and culture rights". the birth of the trade as a result of the competition and compromise of the liberal countries with the social countries, which et thet time was in the cold war. based on these international agreements, all countries in the world, including Indonesia, are obliged to carry out economic development bwith due regard to envoronmental suastain nability and cultural valuesdeveloped within a country or region.economic development based on the aspects of culture can avoid the occurrence of enveronmental damage and loss of cultural values of ethnic/ethnic nobility. For that, there schould be a common commitment of all the nation's nation, especially the Indonesia goverment, seeks to carry out its economic develomment with the insight of the environment and based on the nation's cultural values that grow and live in society.
