Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) melalui retribusi (Dinamika otonomi daerah di kabupaten Banyuwangi)

Abstrak Autonomous region demanded that each area is able to manage and improve the local own-source revenue. Central Government authority given to each as a hope that the regions is able to resolve the existing problems by providing freedom in raising revenue. The authority through decentralization fiscal with retribution became one of the important factors. Retribution became one of the important factors in the local own-source revenue Banyuwangi Regency has the potential of a large reception area but the sector retribution in particular acceptance has not been significant. This is due to ability to manage potential sources of reception areas. Therefore, the required policy alternatives capable of increasing acceptance of retribution based on potential areas of the region.
