Abstrak
PERSEPSI PEMANGKU KEPENTINGAN (STAKEHOLDER) TERHADAP KEBERADAAN LAYANAN TERMINAL PENUMPANG BUS UMUM TIPE A, DESA KAPAL, KECAMATAN MENGWI, KABUPATEN BADUNG. Oleh Piers Andreas Noak Tedi Erviantono Imron Hadi Tamin Abstract The Bacgroung of this research is according to de policy of the changing status of Ubung Bus station with the tipy B and Mengwi Bus Station became station with the type A since is operation in January 1, 2012. Based on this condition, the researchers views the needs a lot of input in order to respond to the challenges of public service provider. So that, the Badung Regency government so that it can be don’t the terms of improvement and repair service for consumes concerned service user. The study aims to understand the stakehorder assessment service user, among other pasenggers , the driver conductor and public bus entrepreneurs . Businessmen supporting inter city transportd drive massa terminal and a round the service kuality Mengwi Terminal. Thiss assesmant can be used as the identification of a variety of factor that can affect the cuality problem that can be formulatedservice improvement strategy. Improving cuality fo care as well as recommendation for improvement of quality service to the service provider namely the department of transportation, information and communication Badung Regency. The method of research used quantitative approach to incuirry the data the stakeholkders in bus station is the bus crews and the pasanggers. The bus crews is not more than 92 as responden of bus crews, and the pasanggers is 400 responden from pasanggers of inter city inter province (Bus AKAP) and bus with the route inter city in province. The result of research is the finding of in effectivity of buis station operational in Mengwi is coused by most factors , needmore of trans feeders to connecting one place to a nother place.
