Abstrak
The influence of Participation budget and Employee Compensation to Employee Performance. In any decent government hospital has been providing maximum public services to the community in General. So the performance of the employees should be on the increase. The Organization should consider a quality resource and as valuable asset in the face of pressure to use more effectively HRM. The arrangement of management and service in the hospital must be developed in order to serve better service which depends on the satisfaction of the employee by giving bonus, incentive, and remuneration. This study was conducted by using quantitative method as follows: double linear regression, using the computer application program SPSS 15.0 version. The sample were used were 50 people and it conduct by simple random sampling. In addition, a quantitative and qualitatif description was completed to show that this study was accurate. The influence of Participation budget and Employee Compensation to Employee Performance significan 35.076. Key words: MSDM, Development Planning, Employee Performance
