Abstrak

in any decent goverment hospital has been providing maximum public services to the community in general. so the performance of the employeesshoul be on the increase. the organization shoul consider a quality resource and as valuable asset in the face of pressure to use more effectively HRM. the arrangement of management and service in the hospital must be developed in order to serve better service which depends on the satisfaction of the employee by giving bonus,incentive,and remuneration. this study was conducted by using quantitative method as follows: double linear regression, using the computer application program SPSS 15.0 version. the sample were used were 50 people and it conduct by simple random sampling. in addition, a quantitatif and qualitative description was completed to show that this study was accurate. the influence of participation budget and employee compensation to employeeperformance significan 35,076 key words : MSDM, Development planing, employee performance
