2nd International Conference on Science Technology and humanities: strengthening Collaboration of Science, Technology and Humanities Towards Sustainable Development was carried out on 14-15 November 2019 in The Patra, Tuban, Bali. In this conference,  Nadiem Makarim as the minister of Education and Culture, Republik of Indonesia and  I Nyoman Darma Putra, professor from  Faculty of Letters, Udayana University acted as keynote speaker. There are 8 invited speakers from all over the world namely Norikazu Shimizu (Yamaguchi University); Danial Kelly (Charles Darwin University); Khairul Adha A Rohim (Universiti Malaysia Sarawak); Stephen Morris (Massey University); Myunggi Baik (Seoul International University); Viachasiau Filimonau (Bournemouth University); Marcos Bosquettti (Federal University of Santa Catarina); and Christopher Silver (University of Florida). At such an event, I acted both as presenter and chair session. My paper was entitled Lecturer's Transformational Leadership and Student's Attitude Outcome: Organisational Effectiveness in Higher education context.
