Food Patern, Protein Quality, Nutritional Status, and Health among Vegetarian Societies andNonvegetarian in Bali
Data collection was carried out on a number of vegetarian ashrams in Bali and non-vegetarian community groups. The data collected were sample characteristics, nutritional status data, dietary data, and sample health status data. This research was conducted from April 2018 to December 2018, funded by the Neys van Hogstraten Foundation (NHF) Netherlands and is a collaborative research between the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University and the Department of Community Nutrition IPB University.
