Indonesian Language Proficiency Test is a test tool to measure someone's proficiency in spoken and written Indonesian. Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (UKBI) consists of five sections, namely Section I (Listening), Section II (Responding to the Rules), and Section III (Reading) in the form of multiple choice questions and Section IV (Writing) in writing presentation and Section V (Speaking) in presenting oral.The mastery of the mother tongue is something that is very important for a translator or interpreter in addition to mastering a foreign language. With this skill, the person concerned has no obstacles in communicating for casual, social and professional needs. For complex academic interests, they still have problems.Third Rank, Excellent Predicate, Score 578-640DescriptionThis predicate shows that the test participants have very adequate skills in communicating using Indonesian, both oral and written. With this skill, the person concerned has no obstacles in communicating for social and social needs. In communicating for simple social purposes, the person concerned does not experience obstacles. However, for complex social needs, the person concerned is still experiencing problems. This means that the person concerned is not ready to communicate for professional purposes, especially for scientific purposes.Seventh Rank, Insufficient Predicate, Score 251-325DescriptionThis predicate shows that the test participants have very inadequate skills in communicating using Indonesian, both oral and written. With this skill the test participants are only able to communicate for the purposes of passing. At the same time, this predicate also illustrates that the potential concerned in communicating is still very likely to be increased.
