Abstrak

Culinary tourism in Bali generally explores and develops traditional food diversity to be served to both domestic and foreign tourists. Typical traditional foods can be found in traditional markets scattered throughout Bali. Some traditional Balinese foods, drinks and snacks sold in traditional markets are presented in this book.
