Abstrak

The Bar and Beverage Knowledge textbook was developed as a teaching resource for seventh-semester students of the Diploma IV Tourism Program—now the Bachelor of Applied Hotel Management Program, Faculty of Tourism, Udayana University. The content covers the fundamentals of bar concepts, organizational structures, equipment, operations, types of beverages, and mixed drinks complete with recipes. This book is expected to help students gain a more systematic understanding of the subject while supporting the achievement of learning outcomes in the Bar Management course.
