The Phenomenon of the Gap Period in Bali Tourism (A Literature Studying) In Thinking Tourism Recovery at Gap Period

Abstract

Because of Covid-19 pandemic, there has been a decline in community income, layoffs and the

development of Bali, which relies heavily on the tourism sector, is threatened. Understanding and

self-awareness is very necessary so as not to blame one another with the other party. This research

seeks to see the development of Bali tourism which is actually never stable. The method used is

qualitative with literature study techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. Referring to the

concept of tourism morphosis as a stage of tourism development that Bali’s tourism sector has

repeatedly experienced a gap period. But the Covid 19 Pandemic was the worst break in Bali
