Study of Utilization of Fermented Rice Hull and Moringa oleifera Leaf as Bali Duck Feed

Utilization of alternative feed ingredients such as rice husks requires fermentation technology using starbio probiotics to improve nutrition. Moringa oleifera leaves could be used as additives because containing vitamins, minerals, essential and non-essential amino acids and antioxidants that needed by livestock. The combination of fermented rice husk and moringa leaves can improve the appearance of production of bali duck.
