Abstrak

Implementation of feeding Moringa leaf flour by feeding trials in chickens can significantly increase egg weight, egg number, hen-day production, ration efficiency, egg yolk color, β-carotene content, and egg yolk cholesterol. The weakness of the previous year's research was that the provision at the level of 6% in the ration turned out that the chicken had an area. The antinutrients contained in Moringa leaves, especially tannins and saponins, make the ration unpalatable, because it tastes bitter and also interferes with the absorption of nutrients in the digestive tract of chickens. On this basis, researchers are interested in combining the probiotic Saccharomyces spp before being used in the ration mixture.
