Abstrak
Researchers have known Bali cattle (Bos sondaicus) as the germplasm of Indonesian cattle, an original Indonesian genetic resource with excellent meat and favored by consumers. These advantages, encourage various parties to develop Balinese cattle with various aspects. This book provides a reference in order to strengthen the motivation of farmers, efforts to provide food and ration formulation techniques and good maintenance management, including how to carry out land conservation to produce animal feed. This book also discusses the production and quality of Bali beef as well as post-harvest handling including the management of fattening and how to control the disease. The final product in the form of bio gas and organic fertilizer is also described to increase the income of farmers. In addition, economic analysis and marketing results are also discussed.
