Theoretical Basis for LPD Regulation as a Customary Law Community Financial Institution in Bali.

The material of this book is structured in the construction of: (1) theoretical foundations of community financial institutions in indigenous and tribal peoples; (2) the nature of sui generis of LPD as a community financial institution in the customary law community in Bali; (3) the development of LPD regulations as a community financial institution in the customary law community in Bali; and (4) the limits of state authority in regulating community financial institutions in the customary law community according to the Indonesian legal system.
