Lecturer in Udayana University, born on Denpasar, Bali on April, 1969, Elementary to high school education was completed in Denpasar (1974-1988), Engineering (S.T) education was completed in the Civil Engeneering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 1988 and recevied a degree in the Master Program in Civil Engineering at  Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in 2000. Now active as a lecturer at the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering,  Udayana University
