Born in Tabanan on April 18, 1959. Elementary, middle and high school education was completed in Tabanan, namely in Pujungan 2 Elementary School, Pupuan District, Pupuan 1 Middle School, and Tabanan 1 High School. In the 1979/1980 Academic Year, I continued my studies at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University and completed my S1 education in Agricultural Cultivation in 1984. In 1986, I was appointed as a teaching staff at the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. In 1992, I had the opportunity to continue my Postgraduate education at Padjadjaran University in Bandung, and obtained my Masters in Plant Sciences in 1994

               Aside from being a teaching staff, Seya is also actively involved as a researcher in the field of horticulture, including: (1) Arranging Action Plans for Payangan-Tegallalang Agro Tourism and Tiring Siring-Gianyar; (2) Development of Kerta-Gianyar Village Agrotourism Based on Oranges and Salak Granulated Sugar Out of Season; (3) Examining the Characteristics of Superior "Wani Bali"; (4) Development of the Propagation Technique and Spur the Growth of "Seedless Seed"; (5) Making Road Map for the Development of Horticultural Commodities in Bali Province; (6) Development of Tourism Objects with the Ecotourism Concept in Bukit Abah - Klungkung; (7) Development Team of the Agrotourism Development Master Plant in Payangan-Gianyar District; (8) Bali Local Fruit Protection Academic Drafting Team; (9) Bali Local Fruit Genetic Resources Research Team through MP3EI Grant; (10) Study of Increasing Production and Quality of Crystal Guava Fruit Through Fertilizing and Application of Flower Bud Breaking Dormancy; (11) Utilization of Enigenicoriza Indigenus Fungi as Biofertilizers in Salak Plantation (Years 1-2); (12) Sibetan Village Development as Salak-Based Agro Tourism Center Village (Years 1-3); (13) Test of the effectiveness of Indigenus Endomikorisa Biofertil Prototype in Salak Plantation.

               At present, I as Chair of the Ecophysiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Udayaa, is also active in writing scientific papers both in national and international journals.
